About The Championship

A platform for athletes to compete, perform, and get recognized

Our Vision

To grow the strength sports community and support athletes with opportunities and cash prizes. We believe every athlete deserves a stage to showcase their strength.

Why This Event

Many athletes train hard but never get a chance to compete. This event provides a fair platform along with cash prizes to support and recognize athletes across all levels.

  • Day 1: Qualifier — 4 Workouts, Elimination Rounds
  • Day 2: Final — 3 Workouts, Point System (No Eliminations)
  • Top 10 Men & Top 5 Women qualify for Final

Day 1: Qualifier June 14

4 Workouts with elimination after each round

After Workout 1: 25% eliminated. Remaining eliminations announced during briefing.

2 Rounds For Time (20 min cap)

  • 600m Run
  • 25 Goblet Squats (Dumbbell: Men 15kg / Women 10kg)
  • 600m KB Farmer Walk (KB: Men 20kg / Women 16kg)
  • 25 Goblet Squats (Dumbbell: Men 15kg / Women 10kg)

Workouts 2, 3 & 4 will be announced before start

Day 2: Final June 15

3 Workouts with Point System (No Eliminations)

Men & Women compete separately

Master Category 45+ Men & Women

Only two workouts. Point-based — winner decided by higher points after both workouts.

  • 25 Squats  (RX Men: 7.5kg / RX Women: 5kg)
  • 600m Farmers Walk  (RX Men: 10kg / RX Women: 6kg)

Age proof mandatory. Participants must be 45 years or above.

Rules & Instructions

All participants must carry a valid government ID for age and identity verification.

Weigh-in will take place on the morning of the event. Participants must fall within their registered weight category.

Weightlifting will follow IWF rules.

Proper lifting attire is mandatory. Shoes, belt, knee sleeves, and wrist wraps allowed.

Registration fees are non-refundable. Category changes allowed up to 3 days before the event.

Medals and certificates awarded to top 3 in each weight class and category.

07

Participants compete at their own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any injuries or accidents during the event.

The judge's decision in all Crosslifting events is final. No arguments or disputes will be entertained during or after the workout.

The 2026 edition wrapped on June 15. Athletes lifted, athletes ran, athletes cheered. Coaches called numbers; volunteers kept the floor moving; sponsors made the prize pool a real one. From a first-time competitor to a returning state-level lifter, every entry mattered — thank you for showing up.
